Time flies so fast that I was hardly prepared for t- the same day when my father left us for his eternal home (31st March, 2001).
Lots has been going into my mind these days and I find it hard to make the right decision - what will be best for me. This is the time when I really really need my father to talk to - pouring my heart out and listening to his thoughts and make me understand what is right for me. Pa, I really need you these days - it's been so tough.
There are many times when I envy those who still have their parents alive and well. I'd looked at them and questioned them in my thought "Do you know how fortunate you are to have both your parents with you?" "Have you thanked God for blessing you with parents?" - endless questions.
I know how much tougher it will be for my Mom, looking after the family without my father. Each day, I said a silent "Thank you for my Mom" prayer and I do not want God to take her away too. This might sound selfish but I want her to live for a very very long time.
I will never say goodbye to you my Father
cause I know this is not the end for us to see each other.
You will only be going to a place where there’s no pain nor suffering.
I am happy for you, for you will be with God.
For now we need to go in separate ways.

Today, Jesus, as You are listening
in your home above;
Would you go and find my dad
and give him all my love.

My Mother
I have not spoken much of her here in my blog; but as today's Mother's Day, here's my chance to talk about her.
She may not be a leader of Women's Front or whatever organization is there but I will never know a strong headed, leader, a listener, a good mother as her. She may not be as highly educated as other women but she knows how ti take care, how to deal with a situation and I can go on and on. She is not the person who will fold you in her arms and tell you how much she loves you, but she would do anything for you...and taught you how to be tough, how to be strong, how to face the wold in her own way.
There were times when she wants me to go home and stay at home but showed enough respect to my decision.
Mom, though I have never say the word "I love you", but I want you to know that I love you with all my heart, you are the best Mom in the world...the best parent anyone could ever asked for.
I love you, Mom. Happy Mother's Day.

My sweet sweet nephew, Isaac

My sweet nephew, Isaac, so funny.
The other day I was talking to him on the phone (while his mother's pregnant with his baby sister)
Me: Isaac, we have a cat, do you want it?
Isaac: Yes, of course
Me: Then let's exchange it with the baby in your mother's womb?
hesitated
Isaac: Why?
Me: Because we want a baby and we don't have any baby
Isaac: Oh..is that because my elder sister and I are so beautiful?
(laughed) Me: Yes, that is the reason
Isaac: Since we are so beautiful..you think that the baby will be beautiful too?
hahahaha
Me: Yes, of course. So, what do you say if we exchange your little sister with our cat?
After thingking for sometime...
Isaac: Is the cat pregnant?
Me: Yes
Isaac: So, if the cat is pregnant, can I keep the litters?
Me: Yes, of course, you can keep them
Isaac (with excitement in his voice): Ok then, the maid and I will come and take the cat tomorrow and you can take the baby as soon as she is born.
There, we got the agreement.
lol
